Excessive rainfall is possible on Friday across the Pacific Northwest.
Another round of general showers can be expected for the Pacific Northwest on Friday as an upper level disturbance moves onshore. Excessive rainfall will be possible along the coastlines of southern Oregon into Northern California. Total rainfall amounts of 2-4 inches are possible with locally higher amounts in excess of 5 inches, which may lead to an increased risk of flash flooding and mudslides.
