Heavy to excessive rainfall is possible on Wednesday across Western Oregon and Northern California.

A Pacific front will spread rain south into the area this morning. Amounts through this evening should be on the order of an inch with locally heavier amounts. A second front will spread heavier rain into the area from the west resulting in an additional 1-3 inches of rain with locally higher amounts through Thursday morning. This second round may result in flooding concerns for some locations.
