Rain is continuing along the West Coast ahead of an upper level system over the Pacific. Ahead of this system, moisture is streaming into the region, allowing for very heavy rain. Rain is expected to continue through tomorrow, as well as the risk for flooding. 2-5 inches of rain will be possible for most areas, with a few areas of Northern California receiving up to 8 inches.
