Heavy rain is beginning along the west coast ahead of an area of low pressure moving onshore. .75 to 2 inches of rain will be possible in most areas, in addition to some flash flooding. Rain will continue across the region through tomorrow. Another 2-4 inches of rain is possible through tomorrow with some areas receiving as much as 7 inches of rain, especially across portions of Northern California.
