Great Lakes and Northeast: Brisk northwest winds across the Great Lakes region on Wednesday will allow for lake effect snow across the region for most of the day. Accumulations will likely average 4 to 8 inches in most locations with isolated locations seeing as high as 10 inches in the strongest and slowest lake effect snow bands.
