Flood Watches are in effect for portions of the Western US through tonight ahead of an upper level system. While the rainfall amounts won't be especially high, slow moving storms will allow for heavy rain and localized flooding. The areas where these slow moving storms develop and areas that have had heavy rain recently will have the highest potential for flooding.
