Thunderstorms are developing across the Northeast and Ohio River Valley ahead of a cold front. Ahead of the front, daytime heating and moisture advection will help to destabilize the atmosphere. As thunderstorms develop, large hail and damaging winds will be the main concerns, however, an isolated tornado cannot be ruled out.
