Scattered showers and thunderstorms will be possible tomorrow across portions of the Ohio River Valley and Northeast; isolated severe thunderstorms will be possible.
The area of low pressure over the Midwest will continue to move eastward across portions of the Ohio River Valley and Northeast. Scattered showers and thunderstorms will be possible from the Midwest into the Mid Atlantic and Northeast. Isolated severe thunderstorms will be possible from Southern Missouri and Northern Arkansas northeastward into Central New York. Hail, damaging winds, and heavy rain will be the main concerns, but an isolated tornado cannot be ruled out. Heavy rain is possible across portions of Kentucky, Ohio, and Pennsylvania; up to an inch of rain is possible.
