A cold front moving across the Plains on Saturday will be the focus for the development of thunderstorms. Large hail and damaging winds will be the primary hazards with these storms. The severe weather potential will shift eastward on Sunday across portions of Texas and Louisiana. Large hail and damaging winds will once again be the primary hazards, but heavy rain will also be a possibility. Rainfall amounts in excess of 2 inches are forecast. By Monday, heavy rain will move into portions of the Southeast. Some areas may receive in excess of 2 inches,
