Snow will continue throughout the day on Thursday from portions of the Midwest eastward into the Appalachians and Mid Atlantic.

Region 1

A low pressure system moving through Region 1 will continue to bring  snow to the area through Friday. Portions of Illinois and Indiana may pick up 2-3 inches of snow with isolated higher amounts in excess of 4 inches. Further to the east, from portions of Ohio into portions of the Appalachians and into the Mid Atlantic, 2-4 inches of snow will be possible with isolated higher amounts in excess of 5 inches.
