Total snowfall of 7-11 inches will be possible in parts of the state with locally heavier amounts in excess of 13 inches.
With westerly to west-southwesterly winds across Lake Erie and Lake Ontario, lake effect snow along the eastern shoreline of the Great Lakes. Heavy snowfall is likely with snowfall accumulation of 16-24 inches possible.
