Increasing Pacific Moisture ahead of a warm front will lead to the development of heavy rainfall across coastal portions of Northern California. Rain chances will increase during the afternoon hours on Monday. Rainfall accumulations of 1-2 inches, with locally higher amounts in excess of 3 inches can be expected.
