Helping Business Weather the Storm

National Weather Summary for Monday, November 23, 2015

by WeatherOps, on Nov 23, 2015 3:28:12 AM

Snow showers are forecast into Monday across the Great lakes due to a weak area of low pressure across Canada slowly tracking to the east, providing lift for the development of snow ahead of the front. With westerly winds, lake effect snow may also be possible along the eastern shorelines of Lake Erie and Lake Ontario into the late afternoon and evening. In the Pacific Northwest, the storm system to be a major weather event over the United States in the coming days will begin to come ashore in the afternoon. As the cold front moves inland, rain is likely with snow in the higher elevations. Elsewhere, high pressure will persist across much of the country.
