Above normal moisture will be ahead of an upper level low, allowing for the potential for excessive rainfall across portions of Oklahoma into Central Texas. A wide swath of showers and general thunderstorms are expected. Strong low level wind shear could enhance rainfall totals. Rainfall totals of 2-3 inches will be possible with isolated amounts of 4 inches possible. Flash flooding and runoff will be possible.
