Excessive rainfall and isolated flash flooding are possible on Thursday across Southern California.

An upper level low will move onshore the Southwestern coast, allowing for widespread showers and thunderstorms. Showers will increase through the day with the threat for excessive rainfall confined to higher terrain. Local rainfall amounts in excess of 2 inches will be possible.
