There is a chance for excessive rainfall and some flooding in southeastern California on Thursday ahead of an upper level low. Showers and thunderstorms will develop and increase in coverage through the evening. The threat for excessive rainfall will mainly be confined to higher terrain with rainfall amounts in excess of two inches possible.
