High pressure over Ontario and Quebec will drive a cold front eastward and toward the Atlantic Coast with the tail end of an upper level trough departing the Northeast. Ongoing showers and thunderstorms will gradually taper off from west to east through early Thursday morning. Rainfall totals will be in excess of two inches. Isolated flooding and runoff can be expected.
