Two weak lows will exist over the US on Wednesday. The first is in the southeastern US while the other will be pushing northeastward over the Northern Plains. Showers and thunderstorms will be possible, but should remain below severe thresholds. Across portions of Nebraska, Iowa, and South Dakota, there is a chance of heavy rain with rainfall totals over 2.5 inches in some areas.
