There is a moderate risk of severe weather today for portions of Kansas, Oklahoma, and Missouri. As thunderstorms begin to develop, they will become severe with the potential for large hail, damaging winds, and tornadoes. The risk for thunderstorms will continue into tonight and overnight as the thunderstorm activity continues to move eastward into the Missouri and Ohio River Valleys.
