Light snow will continue for portions of the Interior Northeast Friday morning. Severe thunderstorms are possible across Florida.

An area of low pressure over the Northeast will move offshore this morning, leaving areas of light to moderate snow from Maine into Vermont and New Hampshire. Snow accumulations of 1-3 inches will be possible.

Showers and thunderstorms will continue to push through the Southeast and into Florida. While conditions should remain under severe levels, a few strong to severe thunderstorms capable of small hail and damaging winds will be possible.

Elsewhere, light snow will change to rain across the Central Plains, Light to moderate rain is possible across the Pacific Northwest.
