by WeatherOps, on Feb 18, 2015 3:39:22 PM

Moderate to heavy snowfall and below zero wind chills will be possible Thursday across the Northeast.

Into Thursday, the low moving through the Northeast will deepen and produce additional snow through the Great Lakes and into the Northeast. Moderate to heavy snowfall will fall from PA to ME with accumulations of 4-10 inches. Localized heavier accumulations are possible with heaviest totals from Southern Maine into New Brunswick and Nova Scotia. Combined with cold temperatures and elevated surface winds, wind chill values will remain bitterly cold with some areas as low as 20 degrees below zero. In addition, slick roads and lowered visibilities will impact travel.
