Lake effect snow will continue Thursday for the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Light to moderate snow is possible across much of West Virginia.

Ongoing lake effect snow will linger across the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. 1-3 inches of snow will be possible, but some locally higher amounts of 4-5 inches will be possible, especially between Marquette and Munising.

A strong cold front moving into the Eastern Seaboard over much of West Virginia. 1-3 inches of snow will be possible with some isolated areas picking up 4-5 inches.
