Light to moderate snow is possible Thursday across the Central Atlantic through the Northeast.

Low pressure system will be moving out of the Great Lakes and through the Northeast on Thursday. This will allow for areas of light to moderate snowfall from the Central Atlantic up through the Upper Northeast with the heaviest snowfall in the New England region. Light amounts of 2-4 inches are expected for the outer most regions with amounts in excess of 3-6 inches currently expected for interior locations including New England.
