Heavy rain and snow is falling across portions of California. Across Northeastern and East Central Calfornia, 12-18 inches of snow is possible with some areas picking up as much as 3 feet of snow. For Southern California, Flash Flood Watches are in effect through tomorrow morning. Up to 4 inches of rain will be possible with rainfall rates of half an inch per hour will be possible.
