Moderate to heavy lake effect snow will develop across the Great Lakes Thursday morning.

Lighter accumulations are expected across parts of Michigan and Wisconsin.

Elsewhere, from Northern California northward scattered showers are expected across the Pacific Northwest as a low pressure system slowly moves inland across the region.
