Moderate to heavy snow is possible Friday across the Great Basin and Rockies. Some minor icing is possible.

Current NWS Advisories/Watches/Warnings in iMapPro:

A frontal boundary will begin to develop through the Great Basin and Rockies on Friday. Additional rain and snow showers will continue from the Coastal Range, into the Great Basin, and into the Central Rockies. 4-8 inches will be possible with locally heavier amounts possible in the higher elevations. Isolated snow showers will continue through the Great Lakes and along the Northeast coastline. Significant accumulations are not expected.
