Thunderstorms are developing from the Ohio Valley to the Texas Gulf Coast ahead of a broad upper level system. Within this region, the area with the greatest potential for severe weather will be across portions of the Mid Mississippi Valley, Ohio River Valley, Mississippi, and Alabama. Large hail, damaging winds, and isolated tornadoes will be possible. Storms are moving across Louisiana may have some hail and gusty winds, but no significant impacts are expected.
