Mountain snows and valley rain will continue for portions of the Pacific Northwest on Saturday where snow amounts could exceed 18 inches in some areas. For the Upper Great Lakes, a clipper system will move through the region, bringing 2-4 inches of snow. Across the New England region, another nor'easter could impact the coastal areas with 6-12 inches of snow possible on Saturday.

The potential nor'easter will exit the region by midday Sunday and bring snow to coastal areas of Maine and Massachusetts. Snow will continue for portions of the Pacific Northwest with snow accumulations of over a foot in the highest elevations.
